• All of our weighted blankets and weighted vests and a lot of the weighted products can be tailor-stitched as per the specifications given by the customer, but according to the law “distance selling”, you have the right, within 14 days for a product exchange or return.
* Products that are ordered with specifications that are not mentioned on the website are treated as customized and are excluded from the right to return.
* Return shipments are only accepted if the product is undamaged. There can be no depreciation of the product. SensoLife applies the general conditions established by the Dutch Home Shop organization. This means that during the reflection period the consumer will be careful about the product and the packaging. The product shall be only unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The starting point is that the consumer should only handle and inspect the product as he should in a shop.
* The cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer. You have 14 days from the moment you submit an application for the refund of the product to return your product.
• To use the right to return you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
• If the product is damaged or there are visible traces of longer use, we can pass on a depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packed in return.
• In the package, the packing slip should be attached so that we can easily process your return shipment.
